  3. We advise you to group your items in a single order, delivery fees will be applied to each order placed separately.

       FOR LAHORE (Cash on Delivery) :

  1. Packages are generally dispatched same day after receipt of order and are shipped, depending on the time of order.
  2. Delivery time is 4-12 working hours.
  3. Delivery charges Rs. 50/- for order of above Rs. 3000, For orders that cost less that Rs. 3000 delivery charges of Rs 199/-  will be added in the bill.

       OUT OF LAHORE DELIVERY:

  1. Delivery time is 24-78 hours according to the courier service you choose.
  2. Delivery charges will be added according to your location and courier selection.

  

     Return Policy

  1. In case, you are not satisfied with the product delivered, you can reach us through email or customer helpline.
  2. If there is a fault with the product such that the seal is broken or the product is damaged/expired, you must contact us immediately. It is advised to take photographs of products . The damaged item will be replaced or the amount refunded as soon as possible.
  3. In case the item delivered to you is not what you ordered, the product should be unused and the seal should be intact in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. We will try to rectify the mistake as soon as possible.
  4. Restocking FEE 15% of order value will be  charged if your return is approved for any other reason.
  5. Return Request can be initiated within 6 hours of delivery.
  6. Products can be returned within 7 days after they have been delivered. Returns after 7 days will not be entertained.
  7. Requests to exchange a delivered product for some other item will not be entertained.
  8. Refunds will be made in your bank account with in 7 working days after your product return is received and accepted,
  9. Return policy does not apply to surgical, Diagnosis and beauty products.
